I had a hard time discussing this experience with filing because of confidentiality-type issues, as well! I agree that it was definitely an eye-opening volunteering session, though. Do you feel like it made you appreciate your time at SFK more, or did it make it harder to volunteer?
I definitely feel like it made me more conscientious of the heavy situations that SFK has to deal with on a daily basis, and I would say that it makes me appreciate them as an organization more, which in turn makes me appreciate my time there more.
